C. Membership Points

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise purchases. Points are credited to your account once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed. There is no upper limit to the number of points you can accumulate through purchases.

A. Registration Process

To join the Sunvega Family Membership, simply click the "Join Sunvega Family Membership" button on the homepage of our official website. Fill in your full legal name and valid email address, then complete the email verification process by clicking the link sent to your registered email. Upon successful verification, your membership will be activated automatically, and you will be enrolled as a General Member with immediate access to all core benefits.

B. Information Management

You can manage your membership information anytime through the "Personal Center" on our website. This includes updating personal details (such as name, contact information), binding or modifying payment methods, setting order notification preferences (email, SMS, or app notifications), and viewing your current points balance, points transaction history, available discount coupons, and exclusive member benefits.

2. Core Rules of Points System

2.1 Points Acquisition Channels & Rules

Points are named "Sunvega Club Points" and can only be acquired through the designated online channels listed below. All points have a validity period of 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. Expired points will be automatically deducted from your balance and cannot be recovered or reinstated under any circumstances.

2.2 Points Redemption Rules

You can redeem your accumulated Sunvega Club Points for a variety of rewards through the "Points Redemption" section in the online Personal Center. Once you submit a redemption request and it is processed, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account in real-time. Please note that all redeemed rewards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be returned or replaced after redemption.

2.3 Points Inquiry & Management

A. Points Inquiry

You can easily track your points status through the "Points Details" section in the online Personal Center. This feature allows you to view your current points balance, detailed records of points acquired (including dates, sources, and amounts), points redemption history (including redeemed rewards and deducted points), and reminders for upcoming expired points (notifications will be sent 30 days before points expire via your preferred contact method).

B. Points Adjustment

If points need to be deducted due to order cancellation, return, or other valid reasons (e.g., invalidation of improperly earned points), an adjustment notification will be sent to you immediately. The notification will include the reason for the adjustment, the amount of points deducted, and the effective date. If you have any objections to the points adjustment, you can submit an appeal through our online customer support within 7 calendar days of receiving the notification. Please provide relevant supporting documents (such as order numbers, payment records, or screenshots) when submitting the appeal. Our team will review your case and provide a response within 3 business days.

C. Special Notes

• Sunvega Club Points are non-transferable and non-giftable. You cannot transfer points to another member account, nor can you combine points from multiple accounts for redemption.
• Points obtained through improper or fraudulent means, such as point brushing, fake transactions, or violating the terms of the membership program, will be immediately cleared from your account. Members who engage in serious violations may have their membership revoked permanently, and any unused points, coupons, or benefits will be forfeited.
• Sunvega reserves the right to adjust the points program rules, including but not limited to points acquisition channels, points conversion rates, redemption rewards, and validity periods, with prior notice. The adjusted rules will take effect 7 days after being published on the official website. We recommend checking the membership terms regularly for updates.
• For purchases made using discount coupons, promotional codes, or during special sales events, points will be calculated based on the actual amount you paid (after discounts and deductions), excluding taxes, shipping fees, insurance costs, and other non-merchandise-related expenses.
• Points will not be credited for any fees unrelated to merchandise purchases, such as shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, or additional service charges.
