Orders

Processing usually takes 7–10 business days before shipment.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders require 7–10 business days to process (verify details, quality checks, packaging). If we expect longer, we’ll email you. Shipping time depends on your country and method — see Shipping Info.

Where is my order?

Receiving time = Processing (7–10 business days) + Transit (varies by method/region). Handmade or customized items may need an extra 7–10 business days (noted on the product page).

Can I change my order (color, item, address)?

Yes — before shipment. We can adjust size, color, remove items, or update your shipping address. Contact us at contact@aihouse.com. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

I didn’t receive an email about my delivery.

We email you after dispatch or if there’s a delay. Please:

  • Check the inbox used at checkout and your spam/junk folder;
  • Confirm the order status in My Orders;
  • If nothing arrives within 15 days of purchase, email contact@aihouse.com.
Can I cancel my order?

Unpaid orders: cancel in My Orders (unpaid orders may auto-cancel after 24h).

Paid orders (not yet shipped): cancel in My Orders or contact us. Handling fees apply due to processing work.

Shipped orders: cannot be cancelled as “unshipped”. If needed, see our Return Policy after delivery.

Cancellation fees

  • Within 48h of purchase: 10% of order total
  • After 48h but before shipment: 20% of order total
  • After shipment begins: we’ll attempt a carrier intercept
    • If intercept succeeds: 50% handling fee + shipping costs are non-refundable
    • If intercept fails: 60% handling fee + shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Failed delivery caused by invalid address/refusal: 60% handling fee + shipping costs non-refundable

Tip: If you just need a change (color/size/address) before shipment, we can modify the order with no handling fee (you pay any item price difference).

Delivery

Do all of your items ship from the USA?

We ship from several worldwide facilities (e.g., US, EU, and China) and dispatch from the nearest location with stock for your order.

How long does delivery normally take?

Transit time depends on the method and destination. Typical estimates:

Tracking usually appears 24–72h after dispatch (first carrier scan).

I still haven’t received my package. Where is my order?

Please allow until your estimated delivery window (Processing + Transit). Track it in My Orders → Track Order Details. If your ETA has passed, contact contact@aihouse.com.

Why was my package returned?

Common reasons include an incorrect address, invalid phone number, or repeated delivery attempts. Check your tracking in My Orders and contact the carrier; we can assist if you email us your tracking number.

Why was my order divided into multiple packages?
  • Items ship from different warehouses;
  • Hot-sale items need extra preparation time;
  • Courier/customs weight or size limits.

You’ll receive a shipping email and tracking for each parcel.

Why did the attempted delivery fail?

Frequent causes: consignee unavailable, address issues, or carrier delays. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to arrange redelivery or pickup. If you need help, email contact@aihouse.com.

Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?

International parcels may show limited scans while in transit or clearing customs; the tracking will update at the next hub. Some carriers post scans in batches; brief gaps are normal.

The tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
  • Check your mailbox, building mailroom, and with neighbors;
  • Ask the carrier for the delivery GPS/time and where it was left;
  • If still missing, email us with your order number and tracking.
What if I’m not at my shipping address?

Some services require a signature. Use your tracking page to arrange redelivery, set a delivery window, or collect from a pickup point. We can help coordinate with the carrier on your behalf.

Why is my tracking number “invalid” at first?

Labels are created before the first carrier scan. Activity may appear 3–5 days after the parcel leaves our warehouse, especially on international routes. Please check again after the next hub scan.

About shipping addresses (formatting tips)
  • Leave fields blank if not applicable (don’t type “N/A”).
  • Enter city/state in their dedicated fields (not in Address Line 2).
  • Use English letters/numbers; avoid accent marks or non-Latin characters.

Depending on route and order value, duties/VAT may apply. Where available, we select prepaid options to reduce your cost. If fees are due on arrival, the carrier will notify you. Refusing a parcel solely due to duties may result in non-refundable shipping and return charges.

How long does it take to get my refund?

After your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

  • Credit/Debit card: your bank may take 10–30 business days to post the funds.
  • PayPal: typically 2–7 business days after we process it.
How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery (postmark date). Please start a request so we can authorize and route your parcel correctly:

  1. Sign in to your Sunvega account.
  2. Go to My Orders → click Return Item.
  3. Select the item(s), choose a reason, and submit your request.
  4. After approval, we’ll provide the return address (this is not the pickup or warehouse label address).
  5. Print/tape the label (if provided), ship the parcel securely, then email us the tracking number.

Authorization required: Unauthorized returns may be refused. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

What if my refund amount looks wrong?

Contact us and we’ll review it promptly. Common reasons for differences:

  • Outbound shipping/return insurance are non-refundable.
  • Order-level discounts/coupons reduce the refundable item value.
  • Non-returnable items in the order (see list below).

I received the wrong/defective/stained item.

We’ll sort this out right away. Please email us with:

  • Your order number;
  • Item name/SKU (or clear photos of the item/label);
  • Brief description of the issue plus clear photos of the problem (and the outer box + shipping label if damaged in transit).

We’ll confirm next steps (replacement part, exchange, or refund).

Which items can’t be returned?

For hygiene/customization reasons, the following are non-returnable unless faulty on arrival:

  • Intimates: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear;
  • Jewelry;
  • Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., custom lighting, wall décor, personalized accessories).

Why didn’t I get a full refund?

We refund eligible item prices. The following are not refunded:

  • Original shipping and return insurance fees;
  • Non-returnable categories listed above;
  • Coupon codes (no cash value).
Cancellation policy (summary)

Handling fees apply to cancellations because of warehouse coordination and processing. If you only need to change color/size/address before shipment, we can modify your order with no handling fee (you cover any price difference).

Can I return an item if the page says “no returns”?

Some items are marked “no returns” due to category restrictions. If you believe your case qualifies (e.g., defective/wrong item), email us with:

  • Order number;
  • Item name/SKU or photos;
  • Description and photos of the issue.

We’ll review and advise the nearest eligible return address and next steps.

Payment & Promos

Is there any fee beyond the purchase price?

Sunvega does not add hidden fees. However, depending on your country and bank, you may incur import taxes/duties or a foreign transaction fee. These are set by customs authorities and card issuers, not by Sunvega. Where a prepaid-duties option is available, we’ll choose it to reduce surprise costs. See also Shipping Info.

Why was my payment declined?
  • Verify card details: name (exactly as on card), number, expiry, CVV, and billing address.
  • 3-D Secure / OTP: complete any bank verification pop-up or text code.
  • Bank settings: ask your bank to enable online/international purchases and check available funds/limits.
  • Browser/VPN: try another browser, disable VPN/ad-blockers, or use an incognito window.

Why do I need to verify my payment?

Occasionally an order is flagged for a routine security check to protect you from unauthorized use. If you receive an email from @aihouse.com, please reply with the requested information (e.g., order number and basic confirmation). We handle all data with care and only use it to verify the payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and PayPal. In some regions, Apple Pay / Google Pay or other local options may appear at checkout.

Can I use more than one coupon or offer on the same order?

No. Only one code/offer can be applied per order. If multiple codes are available, use the one with the best value. Coupons generally can’t be combined with site-wide promotions, bundles, or already-discounted items.

Can you refund a price difference after I purchase?

Sorry, we don’t offer post-purchase price adjustments. Prices may change with different promotions over time. New discounts can be used on future orders but can’t be retroactively applied to completed ones.

My promo code isn’t working.
  • The code is expired or has minimum spend/category exclusions.
  • Item is already discounted more than the code allows, or the code can’t be used with sale items/bundles.
  • The code was single-use and has already been used on your account.
  • Formatting issues—try copy/paste and remove spaces.

Can I be refunded the difference on a discounted item?

We appreciate your understanding—discount differences aren’t refundable. Promotions may start or end without prior notice.

Are product photos representative of the actual item?

Photos are for reference and taken under good lighting. Color may vary slightly due to screens and materials. Please read the product description for exact specs.

Log in → My OrdersTrack Order Details. If you checked out as a guest and can’t find your email, contact us with your full name and order number.
